1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:
The footwear must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, including all luxury inserts and tags.
Both our luxury sneakers and handcrafted leather city shoes are subject to these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items that show visible signs of wear on the soles or significant leather creasing cannot be accepted for a refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return at our Paris location, our quality control team will inspect the items.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
