1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • The footwear must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The products must be returned in their original packaging, including all luxury inserts and tags.

  • Both our luxury sneakers and handcrafted leather city shoes are subject to these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items that show visible signs of wear on the soles or significant leather creasing cannot be accepted for a refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return at our Paris location, our quality control team will inspect the items.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
